The Underground:

At the back of Android Bill's shop, there's a locked door that leads down into a badly-lit, damp basement. This is where Bill keeps all of his more sensitive items. Itching to wrap your fingers around a Maltov, a hammer, a sturdy knife, or the handle of a gun? Android Bill's got you covered, as long as you've got something that he'll accept as payment. What he wants in return for curing your itch? It could be money, blood, or a 'favor'. We'd try to get more specific with you, but we aren't Android Bill [and we consider ourselves blessed for it]. NOTE: Android Bill's basement is very very large, and is separated into rooms. It even has tunnels that connect to those permanently 'out of order' stalls in all of the subways.
